Description
Our winery is surrounded by greenery a stone’s throw from Paternopoli, in the province of Avellino. In addition to the winemaking area, we are proud to have created a large underground barrel room with an almost constant temperature throughout the year, where the wines can mature and age to the fullest. During the visit all the phases of the winemaking process will be explained, from the grape harvest, to the pressing, racking, racking and subsequent maturation and refinement. The barrel room where we age our longest-lived wines such as Taurasi will also be shown. Then three bottles of the most representative of our company will be uncorked such as the certified organic Fiano di Avellino DOCG, our Greco di Tufo DOCG, the Falanghina Irpinia DOC and the Campi Taurasini Irpinia DOC or the Barbassano Campania IGT, produced with the grapes harvested. in the Barbassano district, in a vineyard of about one hectare located along the road to reach the cellar.
